Zhang Su, PhD, Researcher, State Key Laboratory of Rare Earth Resources Utilization, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences; PhD supervisor at the University of Science and Technology of China; Chief Scientist of the National Key Research and Development Program. Mainly engaged in theoretical and applied research on new rare earth functional materials and devices. Niu Xiaodong, Ph. D., Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, associate researcher, engaged in the research work of rare earth thermal barrier coatings. He has developed a variety of processes such as sinking liquid cathode method, co electrodeposition method, and plasma spraying method, and has promoted their application in many enterprises; I have successively presided over key research and development projects in Jilin Province and sub projects of the STS project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Published over 10 academic papers, applied for 12 invention patents, obtained 7 authorizations, and won the first prize of Jilin Province Science and Technology Progress Award. Now he is the core member of the rare earth new material innovation team of the "the Nanling Mountain Team Plan" in Guangdong. Proposed appointment as a technology expert.

Wang Long, an engineer, is the person in charge of the key project of achievement transformation of Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is in charge of more than 10 commercial and technical projects, has deep research on industry practice, and has profound business management experience. Successfully led projects include: 1. Asia Pacific Volvo Daqing Automotive Manufacturing Plant's body coating electrophoresis and topcoat technology, with an overall project budget of 70 million yuan; 2. Geely Automobile Chunxiao Base, Zhangjiakou Jiwo Base, Chengdu Longquanyi Base, overall body coating manufacturing material supply and technical support, with an overall project budget of 122 million yuan. Yang Weiwei, a Ph.D. from the University of Mississippi in the United States, was honored as an Outstanding Graduate Student in Chemistry by the American Chemical Society. He returned to China in 2022 and has published 5 SCI academic papers and been granted 3 invention patents. Current employer: Qingdao Institute of Energy and Processes, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Engineer. Now he is the core member of the rare earth new material innovation team of the "the Nanling Mountain Team Plan" in Guangdong. Proposed appointment as an experimental analysis technology expert for Hexinyi Company and a technology expert for Dexin Xiangyuan.

Bai Xu, a master's graduate from Changchun University of Technology, has worked as a technical leader in well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as Changchun Yiduoke Chemical Co., Ltd., PPG Tianjin Coatings Co., Ltd., and Huatu Chemical (Jilin) Co., Ltd. Focusing on innovation and research and development of automotive coatings, with deep professional theoretical and practical operational experience. Has published 3 academic papers and been granted 1 invention patent. Now he is the core member of the rare earth new material innovation team of the "the Nanling Mountain Team Plan" in Guangdong. Proposed appointment as a technology expert.
